The company is seeking an experienced Bid Management Team Leader to take ownership of public sector bidding activities. The role is responsible for leading an established bid team and managing the full lifecycle of public tenders, from early opportunity identification through to compliant, on-time submission.
You will play a central role in defining bid strategy, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring that all submissions meet legal, commercial, and technical requirements. This position combines people leadership with hands-on bid management and offers long-term responsibility within a stable and growing organisation.
