InterSystems DACH is hiring a Bid Manager with proven capability of delivering winning bids to tight deadlines. Established in 1978, InterSystems provides innovative data solutions for organizations with critical information needs in healthcare, finance, logistics, and beyond. We develop and support data management in hospitals through electronic medical records and healthcare data integration solutions, supporting customers and partners in over 80 countries. Reporting to the Healthcare Sales Director, the Bid Manager will oversee the end-to-end bid process for InterSystems' healthcare products, including HealthShare solutions and IRIS for Health.

Identify formal tender notices relevant to our products and services
Manage the bid qualification process (go/no-go decision)
Coordinate virtual bid teams and stakeholder inputs from sales, marketing, product, finance, legal, and delivery
Track and manage risks throughout the bid process
Contribute to proposal writing and presentation
Ensure timely, compliant, and commercially sound bid submissions
Collaborate effectively across different talents, handle conflicts constructively, and maintain respect at all levels

Profile

This is a senior, highly networked role requiring working under pressure and tight deadlines, including:

Experience managing high-value bids under tight schedules
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Flexibility regarding travel and working hours

Experience

Proven success in delivering complex product and service bids, especially within Healthcare
Experience in solutions and services, bid campaign management from opportunity identification to delivery
Comfort working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of the competitive marketplace
Ability to manage multi-stream opportunities
Understanding of internal governance procedures
Ability to adapt to changes and remain positive under pressure
Strong decision-making, prioritization, and risk assessment skills
High standards for thoroughness and accuracy
Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development
Fluency in English and German is essential
