Bilingual Sales Specialist (German/English)

Overview

Bilingual Sales Specialist (German/English) – London or Germany. The Collecting Group (TCG) is expanding globally and seeks a dedicated bilingual sales professional to join our teams at Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting.

Responsibilities

• Be a dedicated point of contact through the life of the auction process, coordinating end-to-end activities from pre-sales through to post-sales, ensuring excellent engagement and service throughout the process
• Communicate and build client relationships to foster long-term repeat business
• Research values of collectible cars, analysing industry trends to make informed decisions on market trends and determine competitive market reserves
• Manage the full consignment process with administration tasks including arranging photography
• Continually build your network and bring in new business opportunities for The Collecting Group
• Use Salesforce to manage consignments and customers from prospects through to auction close, ensuring records and customer information are accurate and up to date
• Participate in Collecting Cars external events to help build brand awareness
• Collaborate with the wider Collecting Group team to support the success of all members

Requirements

• Experience in a sales-based role with a track record of meeting revenue goals
• Proactive, self-motivated, with initiative and closing skills
• Open-minded and inquisitive, adaptable to evolving business needs
• Strong negotiation skills with customers
• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to excellent service
• Able to manage high-volume calls with an assured telephone manner
• Ability to research and rapidly absorb information to identify suitable vehicles from high-resolution images
• Attention to detail and an investigative approach
• Proficiency with a CRM system, such as Salesforce
• Fluency in English and German

Location & Sponsorship

This role can be based in Parsons Green, London, or in Germany. Sponsorship can be provided for relocation to London if needed.
