BIM Coordinator - Construction

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Optimize: Enhance and maintain our BIM Management System to ensure best-in-class standards.
• Coordinate & Manage: Oversee the creation, evaluation, and maintenance of internal and external BIM models.
• Collaborate with Experts: Support consultants and subcontractors in implementing BIM processes and technical requirements.
• Lead Meetings: Organize and drive BIM coordination sessions to align all stakeholders.
• Ensure Accuracy: Manage clash detection and resolution with consultants and subcontractors.
• Set Standards: Prepare and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and review client BIM requirements.

What You Bring

• Solid experience in BIM coordination within large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in BIM applications (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) and 2D/3D design workflows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable BIM strategies.
