We are looking for a BIM Consultant available in Dresden

Responsibilities

• Review CAD and BIM drawings received from customer main builder and sub-contractors;
• Coordination with customer designers and PM and consultant for shop drawings;
• Prepare shop drawings for submission;
• Prepare 3D drawings through the constructions phases (preliminary design, detailed design, construction design, as-build).

Key Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in BIM and CAD drawing tools and low voltage systems design and build;
• Good knowledge of Industrial, Real Estate, Energy or Telco market;
• Fluent in Navisworks Freedom version 2024 or 2025. The drawings themselves are saved as Autodesk or Revit;
• Good knowledge in Dynamo;
• Close coordination with other stakeholders and BIM structures appointment main builder and their sub-contractor for shop drawings review and submissions;
• Close coordination with the client and other stakeholders to update shop drawings for implementation team to execute the plan accordingly;
• Advanced MS Office Suite working knowledge;
• Fluent in German and English.
