As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the security landscape of new coins, blockchains, and digital assets.

We are at the forefront of blockchain security, providing services across staking, decentralized finance (DeFi), and custody solutions. Our diverse, global team fosters growth, learning, and excellence.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

1. Security and Technical Analysis : Conduct security and technical assessments of new coins and blockchain platforms to ensure robustness.
2. Risk Analysis : Evaluate risks in blockchain operations like staking, DeFi, and custody, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing mitigations.
3. Secure Development Support : Collaborate with R&D teams to embed security into development processes, following best practices.
4. Infrastructure and Product Security : Review and define standards for blockchain infrastructure and products to ensure security.
5. Custody Solutions Management : Develop and implement secure operational policies for custody, managing various technology providers.
6. Perform hands-on technical operations of the Custody solution, including managing hardware and software used in custody.
7. Set up computers from scratch, applying security policies to protect custody operations.
8. Design custody policies, including physical security and computer security policies.
9. Risk Framework Development : Lead creation and management of risk frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders.
10. Blockchain Monitoring and Playbooks : Define on-chain monitoring strategies and develop incident response playbooks.
