They have successfully launched multiple new product lines within their customer facing brands, positioning them to achieve their vision of creating innovative financial products for consumers.

This business is positioned for significant growth both in terms of headcount and customers over the next year. Leaders within this business have freedom to achieve business objectives, as a Brand Lead you will need to thrive in ambiguity and excel in creating clarity for your specialist team.

As a Brand Lead you will 👇

• ✅Lead a talented creative team made up of a Social Media Manager, Content Designers, Videographers, and Marketing Designers. Each brings passion and expertise in their specialism, but what’s missing is a leader who can define and communicate a clear Brand and Content strategy.
• ✅ Own the development and execution of brand and content strategies that hit company growth targets, drive key metrics, and speak to their customers at every stage of the funnel.
• ✅ Work with a inspiring Senior Leadership team who strongly believe in moving fast, leading with clarity and combining creativity with commercial performance.
• ✅ Manage significant budget, delivering Digital, Out-of-Home, Paid Social, Email & CRM, Content Marketing, Influencer partnerships campaigns with impactful Product launches and major business announcements planned in the next six months.
