About The Role
As the Brand Manager DACH for Foodservice (FS) and Local Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you will manage the foodservice product portfolio across the full product lifecycle—from idea generation and innovation to launch, optimization, and ongoing management of the standard range. Additionally, you will implement digital campaigns in line with the German and Continental‑European strategy and the annual marketing plan.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare the annual marketing plan for the foodservice product portfolio in line with the marketing objectives.
- Portfolio management: qualification and launch of innovations, product optimization, SKU rationalization, quality monitoring.
- Development of positioning and marketing strategies as well as sales presentations.
- Planning, implementation, and follow‑up of communication campaigns, including action planning, local adaptation of measures, and digital activation (digital campaigns, website, newsletter, social media).
- Organise and deliver local trade fairs, including management of the trade fair service provider.
- Take over specific projects including planning and implementation (e.g., local projects or implementation of an EU project in the DACH region).
- Market and competitive analyses and preparation of regular reports.
- Budget planning and monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with the European head office in France and with numerous internal departments (sales, research & development, controlling) as well as with affiliated agencies.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- University degree, Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- At least 2‑3 years of professional experience in marketing/product management (ideally FMCG).
- Relevant experience in implementing digital campaigns and social media marketing.
- Experience in the catering industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
- Team player, proactive, entrepreneurial, structured and able to work independently.
- Open and skilled in intercultural cooperation.
- Assertive, persuasive, and confident in presenting ideas.
- Advanced computer proficiency, especially with MS Office applications.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel (1‑2 days/month in Germany or within Europe).
