SeatBoost is looking for enthusiastic, sales and customer service oriented bilingual (English and German) Brand Representatives to join our team!

SeatBoost is an exciting mobile app that lets airline passengers bid for premium seat upgrades.

This job is based out of FRA Airport, pays a competitive hourly rate + commissions and is long-term for the right fit. Position starts February / March, 20234.

Conditions:

• For independent contractors / freelance workers
• Flexible schedules / hours from 12 to 32 hours a week
• 20EUR hourly rate + commissions

Tasks

You will be responsible for creating a world-class customer experience at the Frankfurt airport. This includes promoting SeatBoost and its benefits to travelers personally, encouraging downloads, driving participation in our auctions, helping answer questions, troubleshooting issues and providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Fluent ENGLISH / GERMAN is mandatory (Spanish, French or Portuguese is a plus!)
• Must pass airport background check
• Exceptional at sales and approaching passengers
• Customer service oriented, patient and an excellent problem-solver to effectively address customer concerns
• Outgoing and friendly with strong interpersonal skills
• Punctual with excellent time management
• Comfortable with technology
• Great at public speaking
• Work well individually and in a team environment
