Mission & Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating and executing development projects under the OPTIMAP framework.
• Ensure communication and alignment between engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Monitor project planning, costs, risks, and deliverables, and support reporting and gateway preparation.
• Assist with budget tracking, cost follow-up, and investment monitoring.
• Support customer activities such as APQP, PPAP, build events, and technical reviews.
• Contribute to the industrialization phase, ensuring plant readiness for serial production.
• Identify and follow up on scope changes and deviations, proposing corrective actions.
• Apply internal standards and best practices to ensure efficient project execution.
• Promote team coordination and continuous improvement within the project environment.

Competencies & Requirements

• Technical degree in engineering, production, or industrial field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an industrial or automotive environment.
• Good understanding of development and serial production processes.
• Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills.
• Fluent in German, with professional English.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to learn within a dynamic project context.
