• Lead adoption of Bulk Optimisation and PowerZone tools to streamline operations and enhance growth‑related and investment decision‑making.
• Collaborate across RBUs to align sourcing strategies and deliver measurable efficiency improvements.
• Communicate complex insights using data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI, ensuring stakeholders at all levels understand your recommendations.

What Makes You Great

• Hold a master’s degree in operations research, data science, applied mathematics, or related fields (PhD preferred).
• Expertise in optimization, machine learning techniques, and decision analysis applied to sourcing processes.
• Ability to handle complex datasets, build mathematical models, and translate insights into actionable results.
• Passion for solving challenges using advanced analytics and mathematical modelling.
• Strong collaboration skills to engage with cross‑functional teams across EMEA.
