Main Tasks

• Scheduling/planning of personnel and technical equipment/vehicle fleet, taking into account legal regulations for personnel and vehicles
• Personnel responsibility for commercial staff
• Negotiations with service providers and subcontractors
• Invoice control
• Communication with customers, commercial staff, and internal project participants

Requirements

• Completed commercial training in logistics and freight forwarding and/or a degree in transport and logistics
• Professional experience in personnel and fleet scheduling and knowledge of special permits are a great advantage
• Good communication skills, assertiveness, resilience, strong organizational skills, a structured approach to work, a sense of responsibility, and a high degree of service orientation and self‑motivation are among your strengths
• Team spirit, integrity, and an independent approach to work are a matter of course for you
