Business Analyst (BiPRO / Insurance) – Germany

What You Can Expect

Guide and support leading insurers through BiPRO-driven modernisation initiatives and digitalisation projects.
Analyse, optimise and document insurance processes with a focus on BiPRO service standards, data exchange and interface harmonisation.
Design and implement IT solutions based on BiPRO norms (including 430.x, 440.x, 480.x etc.) to streamline communication between brokers, insurers and partners.
Lead business requirements definition, technical specifications and test planning for new BiPRO services and integration projects.
Work closely with client departments, external partners and end users, taking on PMO responsibilities to ensure smooth project delivery.

What You Bring

Fluent German and English.
A degree in economics, computer science, mathematics or a related discipline.
At least four years of experience in the insurance industry, consulting or IT services.
Solid understanding of BiPRO standards , broker integration processes and the German insurance market.
Experience with interface design, process automation or data exchange platforms in insurance environments.
Initial experience in project management and/or PMO is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, initiative and enthusiasm for working in international teams.
Willingness to travel across Germany.
