Overview

Pricing & CLM Business Analyst Consultant (m/w/d) – Pharma Commercial Transformation

Join Entourage to support leading Pharma/Life Science organizations in improving pricing, contracting, and Commercial Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). In this 4–5 month assessment, you’ll help create standardized processes and implementation-ready documentation across the US and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Review pricing and CLM processes/tools across 3 countries (incl. US) and identify gaps & opportunities
• Develop a standard, integrated Gross-to-Net mapping and support process recommendations
• Contribute to price policy support: core pricing/contracting principles and governance standards
• Support stakeholder discussions, facilitated meetings, and cross-functional workshops
• Create high-quality documentation incl. technical design (blended onsite–offshore model)

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Pharma/MedTech/Life Science; cross-industry experience is a plus
• Technical implementation exposure in SAP HANA and/or Salesforce in commercial projects
• Strong domain know-how in pricing, contracting, tender management; understanding of KPIs
• Consulting/client engagement experience in US and Europe; strong presentation skills
• Master’s degree; fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
