Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Supporting the team with strategic and operational issues and identifying areas requiring special attention to develop creative and pragmatic solutions
• Creating and editing comprehensive and visually appealing presentation decks to effectively communicate findings recommendations and project progress to stakeholders and senior management
• Analysing ongoing projects managing resources assessing risk and supporting the targeted implementation of use cases
• Organising and moderating meetings and workshops including taking minutes and follow-up measures
• Working closely with international departments and external partners to drive the implementation of projects and goals
• Collaborating in use case management and defining new use cases in coordination with stakeholders
• Helping to define work packages for structuring complex topics

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Basic understanding of topics in the area of data & analytics and experience in the retail sector
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in business consulting strategic management or project management ideally in an agile environment
• Fluency in English (German is also beneficial) and the ability to make complex matters understandable for stakeholders
• Structured way of working strong numerical skills analytical thinking goal-orientation assertiveness communication skills and enjoyment of complex challenges
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from business requirements
