We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead the implementation, support, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across our locations. Your role will involve working closely with departments to support change management, create documentation, training materials, and test scripts, and ensure seamless ERP integration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Business Central across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analyses and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Train and support end users during ERP rollout.
• Ensure ERP system integration with other systems and monitor project progress.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, IT, or related fields, or equivalent experience and certifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in German and English.
