As a Business Analyst Experience Platforms, you will enable the full business value of our experience systems by gathering requirements and consulting with our global and local business units. You will create a long‑term vision for digital business capabilities, steer vendor teams, and drive both frontend and backend changes across Adobe Experience Management, SpotMe and Figma to empower Corporate Communications, Investor Relations and Commercialization teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the vision, goals, and global roadmap for digital capabilities, aligning with business needs and overall user experience.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, prioritize features, and ensure both business and technical needs are met.
- Steer, decide, approve, manage, and release value‑driven changes on the platforms in collaboration with vendor teams.
- Support organizational change management by providing clear communication, tool training, and documentation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams to maintain high availability, security, and IT compliance.
- Oversee contract and service delivery of implementation partners and steer the effort of the team.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in business information science, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and/or IT roles within tech, pharma, digital agencies, or consultancy services.
- Proven track record as a Digital/Technical Product Owner for digital experience management systems/platforms (Adobe or similar).
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products, especially Experience Manager, and event solutions such as SpotMe.
- Understanding of digital marketing asset creation and lifecycle management in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with design systems and CDN (plus).
- Strong value‑driven, service‑oriented, and end‑consumer mindset.
- Distinctive execution skills and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and operational hands‑on ability.
- Good technical understanding with the ability to grasp complex technical contexts quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate business needs into simple technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
