Your tasks

This role allows you to contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our clearing services, processes and systems. Focusing on Exchange Traded Derivatives and Risk Operations, you will support change initiatives from concept to completion. As a key member of our team, you will dive into complex challenges, analyzing them and transforming them into actionable business requirements. You will be responsible for supporting the seamless integration of new exchange-traded derivatives and actively participating in the design and implementation of system and process enhancements. Success in this role means building strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure all requirements are met and aligned with our goals. You will continuously seek opportunities to refine our documentation and workflows, contribute your expertise to testing phases, and help steer projects toward a successful launch. You bring along

• University degree in a quantitative or business-focused field such as Economics, Finance, IT, or Engineering
• Hands‑on experience in business analysis or project management
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• A natural collaborator who excels in international and cross‑functional team settings
• Clear and confident communicator with effective presentation abilities
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a valuable plus
• A true interest in the mechanics of commodity markets, clearing, and process optimization
