Business Analyst (fmx) Berlin

• Design Develop and Maintain our Reports: Work closely with the Sales department Product and Business Analytics teams of AUTO1 to enable faster and more insightful decision-making.
• Provide stakeholders with data and business insights follow up on KPIs definitions and implementation
• Support Stakeholders with Data Access: Provide analysts and business stakeholders with easy access to well-structured data fostering a data-driven culture.
• Build and enhance data workflows models and pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs in Tableau.
• Ensure Data Quality and Consistency: Implement testing documentation and version control practices using Git to maintain high data quality standards.
• Consolidate and review existing reports to lift our reporting to a higher level of information density.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics BA or other similar roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Data Modeling understanding of data modeling concepts for data warehousing. Understanding DBT is a plus.
• Proficient in Tableau or similar business intelligence tools for data visualization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and proactively drive projects to completion.
• Stakeholder management to gather requirements and share insights and make business suggestions.
• Collaborative Mindset: Being a great team player comes naturally to you and you communicate fluently in English.
• Proactive Attitude: Highly motivated with a can-do mindset willing to challenge the status quo and continuously seek improvement.
