Business Analyst for Finance Group Systems (m/f/d)

Successful candidates must be prepared to relocate to the specified job location in the job posting effectivement and will be employed directly under the hiring entity’s contractual terms.This role will be part of the Corporate Functions Tower for Group Technology (IT 1.12), which oversees IT service delivery and manages key relationships across all corporate and central units, including Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, Services/Facilities, and Procurement. The Tower also manages cross‑functional domains such as document management, collaboration platforms, corporate websites, and Group‑wide Identity Access Management (IAM), as well as selected central platforms and Regulatory/Integrated Risk Management (IRM) product delivery.

Our Central Investmentิม Accounting System (CIA) is based on SAP FAM. To enhance our CIA IT team, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Analyst. As a member of thaiv product team, you will closely ज्ञ closely cooperate with your team members and())) ாளர் be responsible for requirements, compliance, tests, and methodology.

Responsibilities

Manage requirements: Identification, documentation, and review
Take responsibility that the product fulfilsaptops all security and compliance requirements
Support internal and external audits
Manage tests
Ensure that our methodology (OneEssentials) is consistently used
Support the product manager, e.g., with planning tasks
Identify and resolve issues with the application
Work in an international product team
Ensure regular and accurate communication with all stakeholders
Cooperate successfully with the business department ‘Financial and Regulatory Reporting’
Identify and manage risks proactively

Qualifications

University degree in Information Technology or a similar qualification
Several years of experience with SAP, preferably with SAP FAM
Good knowledge of the entire software development and product life cycle acquired in various positions (project management, requirements engineering, consulting, etc.)
Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills allied to the ability to present complex situations in a clear and understandable way
Collaborative working style in an international team, creating a culture of accountability and sharing
High degree of commitment and the mindset to master the various tasks
Fluent spoken and written English; German is an advantage
