TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Analysis of suppliers and brands regarding strategic relevance, growth potential, and margin outlook
• Evaluation of suppliers based on defined KPIs (revenue, profit, delivery quality, innovation capacity, etc.)
• Preparation of all data analyses for group business review meetings with defined suppliers, as well as for T2T business reviews
• Tracking of achieved commercial targets (volume, revenue, bonuses) at supplier, brand, cluster, and country level
• Continuous and systematic alignment with the local Douglas subsidiaries
• Establishment of effective networks with international stakeholders; systematic coordination, communication, and mediation of commercial goals, timelines, etc. between the subsidiaries and the group
• Project management for strategic ad-hoc tasks

YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

• Completed university degree in business administration or controlling, ideally with a focus on retail
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing or sales, preferably in the beauty industry
• Solid knowledge in building and managing complex databases
• Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, ideally experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Excellent intercultural communication skills in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
