Business Analyst (Guidewire / Insurance) – Germany

What You Can Expect

Advise and support top-tier insurance clients on large-scale Guidewire transformation programmes and modernisation initiatives.
Analyse, model and optimise insurance business processes within PolicyCenter, BillingCenter or ClaimCenter environments.
Design innovative Guidewire-based IT solutions, contribute to system evaluations, manage integration workstreams and support end-to-end implementation.
Lead requirements analysis, functional design and testing for new Guidewire applications, services and features.
Collaborate closely with specialist departments, end users and IT teams, taking on PMO responsibilities to help drive project success.

What You Bring

Fluent German and English.
A completed degree in economics, computer science, mathematics or a related field.
Minimum four years of experience in the insurance industry, IT services or consulting.
Practical experience with Guidewire products (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) or Guidewire implementation projects.
Understanding of German insurance business processes and core systems.
Initial experience in project management and/or PMO is a plus.
A proactive mindset, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working in international teams.
Willingness to travel across Germany.
Motivation to continually grow your insurance and Guidewire expertise.
