Are you passionate about turning ideas into actionable solutions and bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation? As a Business Analyst you will be a key member of our Scrum team driving clarity and alignment across stakeholders, designers and developers. You will help shape our digital products by gathering requirements, facilitating collaboration and enabling innovation in the HoReCa industry.

Overview

This role is part of our Product Development Team working in agile squads. You will be responsible for:

• Gathering and defining business and technical requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitating refinement sessions, workshops and meetings to align priorities and drive decisions.
• Partnering with UX/UI designers and software architects to ensure user-centric and scalable solutions.
• Conducting research and investigations to explore new topics and support informed decision-making.
• Supporting documentation with clear visuals and diagrams (UML beneficial).
• Contributing to our community of practice by sharing knowledge and fostering quality across teams.

Ingredients for Success

You bring very good experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, ideally within dynamic agile environments. You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders; Dutch or German is beneficial.

Additionally you have :

• Experience or knowledge in gastronomy or POS systems.
• Experience managing backlogs and know how to create the most value for stakeholders within the boundaries of a project.
• Curiosity, creativity and adaptability.

When you meet the requirements of this role you can expect an annual salary of approximately 70k.
