Freelance Business Analysts – Lending / Flexcube Implementation – Baltics (Remote / Hybrid)

We’re supporting a major banking transformation programme, focused on implementing Flexcube as the new loans management system in the Baltic Region.

Candidates must have experience with Oracle Flexcube.

This is a 6-month freelance assignment (with likely extension) starting ASAP. We’re looking for experienced Business Analysts based in the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia).

Rate: €45 – €50/hour

Location: Remote/Hybrid within the Baltics

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in product design sessions and translate discussions into clear, structured requirements
• Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to close open points and finalise scope
• Analyse and document lending product processes and requirements
• Design current vs. target process maps for loan servicing in Flexcube
• Support development, testing and product launch phases

Essential experience:

• Strong knowledge of lending products and end-to-end loan servicing processes
• Prior experience with loan management systems
• Skilled in documenting large volumes of structured business requirements
• Able to work across business and IT, and support QA and UAT stages
