Were looking for an SAP expert to help bring this solution to additional eCommerce markets.Role Purpose:The role sits at the intersection of business, finance, and IT, acting as a solution oriented Business Analyst / Functional Architect with responsibility for billing process design and SAP solution alignment.It is not a pure documentation or configuration role the focus is on functional design, business alignment, and delivery support.What Youll DoTranslate business and finance requirements into robust SAP based billing and invoicing solutionsDesign and document future state billing processes (subscription, usage based, or complex billing models)Act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders, finance teams, and ITSupport SAP implementation initiatives across: Requirements clarification, Functional solution design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordinationFacilitate workshops and align stakeholders on billing concepts and system capabilitiesContribute to project tracking and delivery governanceSupport knowledge transfer and end user enablement where requiredWhat Were Looking For5-10 years of experience in SAP based billing, finance, or revenue related processesStrong functional understanding of: Billing and invoicing, Revenue or subscription modelsExperience working in SAP implementation or transformation programsAbility to design and document business and system processes, not just capture requirementsStrong stakeholder communication skills across business and ITHighly Relevant SAP BackgroundsYou may come from one of the following backgrounds:SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management)SAP FI CA / Finance / BillingSAP SD / Finance with strong billing or subscription model exposureWhat Success Looks LikeYou design scalable billing solutions that align business needs with SAP capabilitiesYou bring clarity to complex billing and finance requirementsYou are trusted by stakeholders as a functional authority on billing processesYou help ensure smooth testing, adoption, and overall delivery qualityDHL Group is an equal opportunity employer.
