Job Purpose

The Business Analyst / Technical Writer supports the successful delivery and adoption of our software solutions by combining business analysis, structured documentation, and customer-facing activities. The role acts as a key interface between customers, product, sales and engineering, ensuring high-quality documentation, and effective customer enablement.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

  • Create, maintain, and update software documentation (user guides, functional documentation, release notes)
  • Prepare and deliver customer demos and support onboarding activities
  • Handle and analyze customer requests and feedback, coordinating with internal teams where required
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or more in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable field
  • Working experience in financial institutions or working with financial institutions
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Technical Writer, or in a similar role
  • Proven experience in software documentation
  • Language: English - C2 or Native

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and structured working style
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, understandable documentation
  • Confidence in presenting software solutions to customers
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a product-driven environment
  • Experience in Product based companies

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • German Language fluency
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or customer interaction
