Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze and specify customer requirements, provide architectural consulting for our insurance software, create comprehensive concepts, support technical implementations, and serve as a key contact within project teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and specify customer requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and participate in client meetings.
• Develop architectural concepts for insurance software products.
• Create end-to-end process concepts focusing on cross-product integration.
• Assist in the technical implementation of defined requirements.
• Act as a liaison within project teams.

Candidate Profile

• Background in Mathematics, Physics, or experience in the insurance industry, especially life insurance.
• Experience as a Business Analyst from a scientific or technical background.
• Technical affinity, knowledge of insurance IT landscapes, database skills, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and programming interest are a plus.
• Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills.
• Excellent German language skills (C1 level).
