Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and specify customer requirements: Analyze systems and processes, specify business requirements, and assess technical feasibility, considering potential interactions and relationships. Participate actively in client meetings.
• Consult on domain architecture for insurance software: Collaborate with clients to develop domain architecture concepts for our insurance software products.
• Create concepts: Develop comprehensive business concepts focusing on end-to-end process considerations across products.
• Provide technical support: Assist in the technical implementation of the specifications.
• Point of contact: Serve as the technical contact within the project team.

Your Profile

• Career background: Math/Physics degree or experience in the insurance industry.
• Industry knowledge: Several years of experience in the insurance sector, ideally in life insurance.
• BA Skills: Experience as a Business Analyst from a scientific background.
• Additional skills: Technical affinity, familiarity with insurance IT landscapes, database knowledge, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and enthusiasm for programming.
• Cognitive skills: Strong analytical and abstraction skills.
• Language skills: Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level).
