Business Applications Lead – DACH (F/M/X)

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the business application landscape across the DACH region
• Act as the key interface between regional business teams and global technology functions
• Ensure local requirements are aligned with the global technology roadmap and operating model
• Oversee and optimise core enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Jira, Kyriba, Anaplan and regional payroll systems
• Ensure stable operations, strong integrations and continuous improvement of the application stack
• Work closely with Finance, HR, Sales, Operations and Compliance teams to translate business needs into application solutions
• Lead regional projects including system enhancements, process automation and post-merger system integration
• Contribute to global transformation initiatives in data, analytics and enterprise architecture
• Ensure systems comply with DACH regulatory requirements, security standards and governance frameworks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business applications, ERP, CRM, HCM systems or regional IT leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with several enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Jira, Kyriba, Anaplan or similar systems
• Strong understanding of finance, HR, payroll and sales operations processes
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear solutions for business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking in German and English
• Experience with system integrations, process automation or M&A system integration is a plus
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Oracle, Salesforce or Anaplan are advantageous
