Position: Business Change Consultant

Location: Munich (Hybrid working)

Salary: Base salary up to €100k + bonus & benefits

KEY SKILLS:

Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, align with Commercial business counterparts
4+ yrs experience working within commercial underwriting (and/or as an Underwriter) with some exposure to Property
Solid understanding of IT systems and how they can best be utilised across the business

THE ROLE:

You will become the contact partner for selected MidCorp OE(s) working closely with key stakeholders to build strong relationships with Experts / Underwriters for the respective line of business (Property). You will help with the translation of the business requirements into functional requirements, support the roll-out of OE’s, and collaborate with MidCorp OE’s to define transformation roadmaps with clear, actionable measures aimed at delivering short & long-term benefits, which includes the implementation of a Commercial Underwriting Workbench for Underwriters.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will have a solid background in commercial underwriting (ideally Property) either as an Underwriter or in a Lead role within operations. You will have a good understanding of commercial lines insurance products, solid IT knowledge and understanding with know-how and skills in agile development, bring a “can do” attitude, high degree of motivation and entrepreneurial thinking, and experience working in Agile environments. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Any Change Management experience where you can demonstrate exposure in stakeholder management, navigating the change curve, and effective communication is ideal.
