We’re looking for someone to own Business Continuity from start to finish — designing frameworks, running tabletop exercises, and making sure the business knows what to do when the unexpected hits.

Business Continuity Manager

Mission

• Build and run the company’s Business Continuity & Awareness program
• Lead scenario simulations and crisis exercises
• Bridge business, risk, and engineering requirements
• Build playbooks, communication flows, and training programs
• Continuously improve processes for new products or platforms
• 5+ years of BC experience (ISO or similar standards a plus)
• Strong communicator who can influence leadership
• Experienced in digital platforms, e-commerce, SaaS, or gaming
• Independent, structured, and enjoys ownership
