Company: Fast-growing European unicorn software group (€200M+ ARR) backed by a top PE firm, operating in 20+ countries with clients such as Allianz, Deutsche Leasing, and Daimler. Role: We are looking for a Business Developer to join the Head of Sales Germany – currently the only commercial representative in the market – and help structure the local go-to-market strategy: lead generation, direct sales, account management, and events. What we’re looking for:Proven experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise software sales (eSignature, workflow automation, ERP, DMS, compliance solutions)Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes (Finance, Procurement, IT stakeholders)Comfortable managing complex sales cycles in regulated environmentsFluent in German and EnglishSelf-driven, structured, and able to work independently in a developing market Location: Full remote from Germany, with monthly visits to the headquarters near Stuttgart.
