You'll make an impact by

You develop the Medium Voltage Switchgear System Partnering in the region, ensuring solid and profitable growth.
You support the regional teams in defining and driving local strategies to expand the business.
You monitor partner performance and support accurate forecasting.
You develop and strengthen partnerships globally and handle the entire partner lifecycle – from acquisition through onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding.
You steer escalation processes and approvals for contractual documents and bid decisions related to system partnering.
You act as a guide, partner, and mentor for Medium Voltage Switchgear System Partnering topics.

Your defining qualities

You have several years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
You have validated knowledge in energy distribution and medium voltage switchgear technology.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Willingness to travel and proficiency in English complete your profile.
