About the group

We are an international advisory group operating across 14 countries, with 75 professionals advising entrepreneurs, investors, and family offices on their most critical transactions. Our activity spans mergers & acquisitions, real estate investment, wealth structuring, and capital allocation from deal origination to execution.

  • We do not manage funds. We originate, structure, and close high-value, often off-market transactions for a demanding and sophisticated clientele. Our model is built on deal flow, relationships, and precision.

The opportunity

This is a rare opening for a sales professional who wants direct, daily exposure to M&A transactions, real estate investment, and wealth management without being an analyst. You will not be running financial models. You will be identifying opportunities, building relationships with investors and entrepreneurs, and generating the deal flow that fuels our advisory practice.

This role sits at the intersection of business development and transaction advisory. It is a gateway into high-value financial environments for those who earn it.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new deal opportunities across M&A, real estate acquisition, and wealth structuring mandates
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of entrepreneurs, investors, and family offices seeking advisory services
  • Source off-market investment opportunities through a proprietary network and outbound origination
  • Qualify deal flow and ensure alignment between client objectives and available transaction advisory mandates
  • Participate in the early stages of deal execution alongside senior advisors
  • Recruit and qualify independent consultants to support cross-border transactions
  • Conduct targeted market research to identify acquisition targets and investment assets

Ideal profile

We are not looking for junior profiles, recent graduates, or candidates whose experience is exclusively academic. We are looking for closers professionals who understand that deals are won through relationships, persistence, and commercial instinct.

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client origination
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close
  • Comfortable operating in commission-heavy, performance-driven environments
  • Interest in or exposure to finance, investment, real estate, or M&A is a strong asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to engage C-level and high-net-worth individuals
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are valued in a cross-border context

Compensation

This role operates on a high-upside commission structure. Base compensation is competitive. Variable is uncapped and tied directly to deal origination and mandate conversion. The top performers in our group earn significantly above market. We do not offer comfortable salaries for average results; we offer exceptional earning potential for exceptional producers.
