Our client is seeking a driven and dynamic Sales & Business Development Associate to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, international environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships, driving growth, and shaping innovative solutionsparticularly within the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, managing them through to deal closure.
Take full ownership of assigned accounts while contributing innovative ideas to enhance sales strategies.
Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Lead negotiations to completion, representing the business with professionalism.
Identify emerging opportunities and track developments in the field service management sector.
Build lasting relationships with customers, partners, and industry associations, and represent the company at trade shows and events.

Experience Required

A degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in sales, product management, or IT consulting.
A strong interest in digital products and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical topics confidently.
Proven negotiation and presentation abilities.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel and adapt to changing situations.
12 years of B2B experience in IT or SaaS (advantageous but not essential).
