Requirements

• Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
• Fluent in English and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
• Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willingness to travel internationally as required.
