Over the course of 18 months, you will ultimately take ownership of our business growth by winning over and developing your own book of business, as well as running your own projects with top-tier clients & consultants. You will gain hands-on experience across various stages of business development, from cultivating client relationships to managing projects with top-tier consultants and companies. Business Development Trainee (0-6 months): Learn the fundamentals of consulting, develop relationships with consultants, and enhance your communication skills.
Business Development Coordinator (6-12 months): Collaborate on project management and stakeholder engagement, supervising consultant-client matching processes.
Business Development Associate (12-18 months): Take ownership of business growth, manage your own book of business, and run projects end-to-end with top-tier clients and consultants.

Strong academic performance
You are available to start the program in 2025 and can commit to the full 18-month duration.
Previous experience in sales, consulting, or in a start-up environment is a plus
Fluency in English is a must
C1/C2 proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch is a plus.
