Base pay range

Job Title: Graduate Scheme - Business Development (German Speaker)

Salary: €40k basic salary, €50k with OTE

Our client is looking for ambitious graduates to help enhance their presence, generate revenue by capitalising on warm leads, and opening new opportunities, thereby increasing their book of business with a customer-led approach.

Role responsibilities include:

• Gaining thorough knowledge of the company's offerings to educate prospective customers
• Proactively reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels to schedule meetings, webinars, and demonstrations
• Developing relationships through research, identifying key influencers, and building rapport
• Supporting customer success to ensure client satisfaction
• Shadowing senior team members to understand the full process, with opportunities for progression

Requirements:

• Bi-lingual fluency in English and German
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
