About the Role

DJI Agriculture — the global leader in agricultural drone solutions — is entering the German market. We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Account Manager who will help build the local organization and drive commercial success. You will be part of the founding team and contribute directly to the setup of our dealer and partner network across Germany. This is a strategic commercial role with strong growth potential — ideal for a driven and hands-on professional who combines business development skills with an understanding of the agricultural ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and develop strong relationships with agricultural dealers, cooperatives, and service providers
  • Execute DJI Agriculture’s local go-to-market strategy and support regional expansion
  • Organize and lead product demonstrations, training sessions, and field events
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth market operations
  • Monitor market developments and provide structured feedback to the international team
  • Act as a trusted local representative of DJI Agriculture in the field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or agricultural sales
  • Background or strong affinity with agriculture, agri-tech, or agricultural machinery is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English
  • Willing to travel frequently across key agricultural regions in Germany
