Business Development Manager, Aseptic Filling (Europe) (m/f/d)

At Cytiva, we are at the forefront of developing next generation therapeutics. The Business Development Manager, Aseptic Filling will drive new business activities within a defined territory, fully remote.

What You Will Do

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Develop and execute territory sales plans
• Maintain an accurate sales funnel in Salesforce
• Conduct customer site visits and attend trade shows
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses

Who You Are

• Three or more years of outside sales management experience in Biotech
• Proven ability to close large and complex deals of $1M+ value
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
• Customer focused with strong relationship building skills
• Willingness to collaborate across time zones (USCAN, EMEA, Asia)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

• Two or more years experience in biopharmaceutical process development or manufacturing
