The Role The company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its global information management division. This person will concentrate exclusively on winning new enterprise clients across Germany and will be responsible for the entire journey from first contact to final contract. The position sits within a commercial team dedicated to shaping, selling, and supporting information management solutions across the region. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new enterprise accounts within priority sectors across Germany, consistently meeting aggressive new-business targets.Build strong, consultative relationships with senior decision makers and guide them toward tailored information management solutions.Translate complex organisational needs into clear, persuasive proposals that highlight value and long-term impact.Work closely with colleagues in solution design, operations, and legal to ensure each proposal is feasible, accurate, and successfully delivered. Candidate ProfileSignificant experience in new-business acquisition with a solid history of closing large, complex enterprise deals.Strong command of solution-selling strategies and the ability to shape offerings around detailed customer requirements.Confident in engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.Fluency in both German and English is required.
