Your Mission

You’ll own and grow our market presence from the Netherlands to Poland and from Denmark to Switzerland — working directly with strategic accounts, industrial distributors, and key decision-makers to deliver high-performance solutions they can trust.

What You’ll Do

• Turn market insights into winning sales strategies.
• Spend your time where it matters — out in the field with customers.
• Spot and develop new business opportunities.
• Build partnerships that last — from the workshop to the boardroom.
• Lead distributor growth with training, joint visits, and smart business planning.
• Showcase our tools in action through demos and tailored training.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven industrial sales success — you know how to grow a market independently.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to translate it into customer value.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and German (Czech or Polish a plus).
• Readiness for frequent travel — and a full driving license.
