To support this growth we are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager (f / m / d) for the Spanish & Portuguese market to join our Business Development team.

What you can do with us

• Identification acquisition and development of potential B2B clients with the aim of establishing long-term and solid business relationships with focus on the Spanish and Portuguese market.
• Taking on projects in the area of sales / business development.
• You will be the point of contact for our new clients thereby actively contributing to the success of the team.
• Conducting market and trend analyses and providing proactive support in the further development of the business model and business development.
• Preparing pitches and presentations.
• Representing PAIR Finance at trade fairs, exhibitions and other events.

What you should bring for it

• Initial professional experience in B2B sales or business development ideally in FinTech, InsureTech, debt collection or LegalTech.
• The ability to drive revenue growth and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Technical affinity enabling you to explain our technology‑based service to leads and potential clients.
• An existing network in B2C‑focused industries which you can leverage to open doors and accelerate pipeline is a plus.
• Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment of working with new technologies such as AI.
• Very good written and spoken Spanish as well as English skills are required; Portuguese or German skills are a plus.
