5+ years experience in sales, trade marketing or category management – ideally in FMCG, wellness or health-related sectors
Strong commercial mindset and success in driving revenue and category growth
Strong communication and coordination skills (German and English fluency)
Experience with DTC e-commerce and digital marketing
Analytical, structured, and pragmatic approach
Excited to work both strategically and hands-on in a growing business
Comfortable with occasional travel for trade shows or client meetings
As a Sales & Category Manager (m/f/d), you'll drive the expansion of our rapidly growing functional tea line across all sales channels and lead the strategic scaling of our key channel, the Therapists & Doctors Network (TAN).
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and our parent company, gaining access to proven sales structures while driving selected initiatives of your own. This role offers a unique chance to work at the intersection of wellness, healthcare and product innovation – with room to grow.
