What you offer us

  • Strong communication and coordination skills (German and English fluency)

About the role:

As a Sales & Category Manager (m/f/d), you'll drive the expansion of our rapidly growing functional tea line across all sales channels and lead the strategic scaling of our key channel, the Therapists & Doctors Network (TAN).

You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and our parent company, gaining access to proven sales structures while driving selected initiatives of your own. This role offers a unique chance to work at the intersection of wellness, healthcare and product innovation – with room to grow.


So, what can you expect to work on?

  • Drive revenue growthfor functional teas by activating growth levers across channels and customer segments.
  • Leverage the TAN network by connecting Yoshi en to our sister company and partnering with therapists and healthcare professionals.
  • Shape the product portfolio through market research and trend analysis.
  • Support strategy with pricing, positioning, and market insights.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across DTC, influencer events, and healthcare channels.
