Responsibilities

Manage and expand existing customer relationships in Germany in industrial automation, Machine Vision, and related sectors.
Identify and acquire strategically important new customers and target industries for the client’s products and technologies.
Build up and nurture long‑term relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts.
Handle customer inquiries, deliver compelling product presentations, and work closely with customers to ensure the successful implementation of complex, high‑value applications.
Analyze the market, customers, and competitive situation to continuously improve the sales strategy.

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development for technical high‑end products in the Machine Vision industry.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Marketing, or Economics or a related education.
Solid technical understanding of LED‑lighting and optical systems – preferably in the Machine Vision industry – is a plus.
Willingness to take over responsibility for our client’s business in Germany and drive sustainable growth.
Self‑motivated and hands‑on personality with leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
Very good communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
