Business Development Manager (growth markets)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a premium international MedTech player specializing in high-end medical solutions. While they are a global reference in consumables, their value proposition lies in a integrated ecosystem of advanced medical equipment and smart technology used primarily in hospital, surgical, and intensive care environments.

To fuel their international scale-up, we are seeking a Global Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion internationally.

Responsibilities

Key focus of the role

• Strategic Expansion: Develop and scale the business in high-potential markets
• Comprehensive Portfolio: Drive sales for a sophisticated range of both medical equipment and consumables, offering total solution packages to healthcare providers.
• Distributor Excellence: Identify, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of strategic distribution partners.
• Complex Sales Cycles: Lead long-cycle negotiations and navigate the regulatory landscapes of international medical markets.
• Sustainability & Innovation: Promote a brand recognized for its commitment to clinical efficiency and environmental responsibility.

• Experience: 5–10+ years of proven success in healthcare business development.
• Expertise: Strong background in MedTech or Medical Devices, with specific experience managing distributors for premium hospital equipment.
• Mindset: A strategic "hunter" with a track record of capturing market share in competitive regions.
• Mobility: Based in Europe, with the flexibility for ~40% international travel.
• Languages: Fluent English is required; fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
