Job Title: Business Development Manager (Retail / CPG)Job Location: GermanyJob Type : Permanent NOTE: THIS WILL BE AN INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLE Responsibilities: Development of sales strategies and measures to tap into the retail / CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) segments in GermanySupport and further development of existing customers in the aforementioned industriesResponsibility for acquisition from initial customer contact to establishing deliveryResponsibility for responding to tenders, negotiating contracts, and implementing projects at the customer's site.Development of solution strategies for customer requirements in collaboration with the project teams.Active relationship management at all customer levels and cultivation of strategic partnershipsStakeholder and risk management as well as internal/external escalation managementAbility to work with clients at different levels – from the operational level to the C-level.Open, communicative and flexible personality with a strong interest in global team structuresExperience in working with international teamsIndependent, goal-oriented work style and resilienceFluent German and English skillsWillingness to travel throughout Germany
