Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to expand Bela Living’s presence in China.
Negotiate prices, quantities, delivery dates and assert our interests.
Support in the development and realization of new products.
Responsibility to ensure the product quality.
Work closely with the team at the Berlin headquarters to ensure seamless integration of global activities.

Requirements

Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English (or German) fluently.
Willingness to live and work in China (Shanghai) for at least 2 years.
Willingness to travel frequently within China to visit partners.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (business economics or similar).
Ability to operate and succeed in a fast‑paced, fast‑changing environment.
Experience in sales or business development preferred in e‑commerce/furniture industry.
