Business Development Manager (Solar) - Renewable Energy Industry

RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable renewable energy firm in South Africa, is currently seeking a driven and results‑oriented Business Development Manager with solid experience in the renewable energy sector. This role focuses on managing incoming leads, nurturing client relationships, and progressing early‑stage opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar PV, renewable energy sales, or related business development roles
• Strong understanding of solar solutions, system components, and customer needs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven
• Reliable home office setup (laptop, internet, workspace)
• Based in Durban or Johannesburg
