Luminovo builds software that powers the electronics supply chain — and we're growing our OEM segment across the DACH market. As a BDR based in Munich or Berlin, you'll own the top of the funnel: turning cold outreach into qualified pipeline for our Account Executives.
This is a high-impact role for someone who believes cold calling isn't dead, thrives on outbound, and wants to grow into a closing role in B2B SaaS.
What you'll do
Run multichannel outbound sequences — email, phone, LinkedIn, and events — targeting technical buyers at OEMs across the DACH region
Use tools like Apollo, Clay, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and work targeted lead lists
Qualify prospects through cold call sequences to identify ICP fit
Hand off warm opportunities to Account Executives with clean notes and context
Track your own metrics and bring frontline market insights back to sales and marketing leadership
Who you are
1–2 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS (or strong hunger to break in)
Fluent in German and English — you'll be reaching buyers across the DACH region
Comfortable with rejection and energized by outbound
Driven to grow into an Account Executive role and willing to earn it
Bonus: experience or genuine curiosity in electronics, manufacturing, or hardware
